Hello everyone, today I'm taking you all to enjoy Japanese food in Venice, Italy. This was our lunch. Four of us went with friends today, planning to eat sushi. So, I asked my friend to search for Japanese restaurants in Venice, and he recommended this Fusjon Japanese Restaurant.

This restaurant is located in the tourist area of Venice, so it's easy to find. We arrived without reservations, but we arrived quite early compared to lunchtime. We arrived around 11:00 AM, but it was almost noon. Of course, we were there at that time, so there were at least four people. We chose tables in the center, and each table had an iPad for selecting the menu.

We ordered drinks first. I ordered hot green tea. It was quite cold, so I wanted a warm drink.

Everyone else ordered something else. Then we chose the menu, and most of the dishes today were sushi-focused. Seafood included salmon served with sushi rice. For our appetizer, I ended up ordering peas. I usually order this when I come for Japanese food, and the food kept coming.

Today, we ordered a row of sushi. I liked the slightly seared salmon sushi. I thought it was incredibly soft and melted in my mouth. Personally, I ordered two pieces of avocado sushi topped with seaweed. Then, I ordered two pieces of fresh salmon and rice balls. We wanted a variety.

We had sashimi, which consisted of fresh salmon and tuna served with sauce and wasabi. They were a delicious combination. I prefer salmon over tuna. If it were raw fish, I'd probably only eat salmon.

But everything else looked delicious. I took a bite, but I didn't like it. Some people like it, depending on their preferences.

Next, we had sushi rolls. There were so many varieties. My friends ordered them. I don't usually like rice rolls. I only tried one piece of each. I barely tried some because I felt the rice was too much. I prefer the fish.

The next dish was the seaweed cone rice bowl. I rarely order this, but today my friend ordered three. I ate one with my friend, and it was delicious. I loved the seaweed flavor that complemented the sauce. This dish was filling, and the pieces were quite large.

My absolute must-have is the grilled shrimp skewers, which come in small skewers. I absolutely love this dish. I order it almost every restaurant I go to. It's probably my favorite. The flavors are similar to those found in other restaurants, but I love the texture.

Next up is the stir-fried shrimp, bamboo shoots, and shiitake mushrooms. Some restaurants don't have this dish, but most often, you'll find it. Most importantly, it's incredibly delicious. The creamy sauce goes well with the springy shrimp. I highly recommend this dish.

These are just some of the dishes we ordered. Since there were so many of us, we didn't have time to take photos, and we had to hurry up with several other places to go. And this is our Japanese lunch.

I almost forgot to end the meal with a drink, a signature Italian beverage. We ordered a glass each after the bill. I hope you enjoy my photo posts and stories. Thank you for following along. Have a great day!
