Hello everyone! Following up from yesterday's beef meatballs, I made some and froze some to use in noodles or fried. Today, I wanted to eat grilled meatballs like the street food style I used to have in Thailand, but I didn't have a grill.

So, I skewered the meatballs and added some sliced โโchicken hot dogs on skewers. Then I baked them in the oven, adding a little oil to prevent them from drying out. This method isn't complicated, but what I want to share today is the delicious dipping sauce recipe. I guarantee it's amazing!

Ingredients (for the dipping sauce)
- 3 green chilies
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 stalks of celery (you can add cilantro if you like)
- 5 pickled garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- ยฝ teaspoon MSG
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except the mayonnaise into a blender. Blend the other ingredients first until smooth and thick.

- Blend the ingredients until smooth, then taste it. If you like a certain flavor, you can add more spiciness, sourness, or sugar if you prefer it sweeter. For me, the pickled garlic has a slight sweetness that balances the saltiness.

- After blending until smooth and the flavor is to your liking, add mayonnaise for a more balanced and creamy taste. Some people add milk or yogurt, depending on their preference, but for me, mayonnaise is delicious as is.

Finally, spoon into bowls. While waiting, let the meatballs cook until slightly browned; this will enhance the aroma.

Serve with the dipping sauce. The resulting flavor is delicious and the meatballs pair perfectly with the dipping sauce's sour, salty, and spicy taste.

This recipe is very easy, try making it! Actually, you can eat it with other things now; it's especially delicious with seafood. Hope you enjoy my post, have a great time,
