My body ached so badly yesterday but I feel relieved after today's workout. 😩

Why do we need more and regular workouts to get rid of body aches caused by workouts?

It's a pyramid scheme. You will get better if you invite others in your network and they work out for you.

Haha that sounds crazy! πŸ˜‚
How do others workout for you?

That is the million dollar question :)

That's why I never opted for a gym. I love walking instead.

Yeah, that's a good option. I do that for my evenings.

Good for you. Isn't it more than enough :)

I guess not, love how I feel after a sweaty 15 mins most mornings before a cold bath. 😌

Keep working out. Feels good indeed.

Yeah! I'll do that.

The mystery of workout. Haha.

Mehn it's a crazy mistery.

Crazy one indeed.

The more constant you are with workouts, the less ache.

But I wonder why that is. πŸ€”

Workout are normally good for the body, the simplest workout is walking and it's very good

I should do my walking more.

Yes, it's very good for body aches

To be honest, I don't think I have any understanding of this, but I think the reason is that during that period of exercise, the muscles in the body stretch and contract back after the exercise which brings pain....

So I'll need more workouts to stretch and contract it back? πŸ₯²

Maybe, but it depends on your workout. If it's workout that stress the muscles, the will be inflammation and that will lead to muscle pain, but your body is getting stronger with that pain anyway

And I need stronger body, it's why I started it anyways. πŸ˜‚
But it's crazy.

Keep doing it... you will get there

once u start the again there's a chemical release in our pain that makes us feel less pain.& also, it depends on the type of exercise you engage in. Some are painful while some are not, it's just like you doing this leg workout that brings soreness to the body, and you doing yoga

Ahhh I don't see myself doing a workout that brings soreness. πŸ˜‚
Even the soft ones I do still make me feel sore.
