Don't. Just understand that when the day comes when colonialism and slavery have to be avenged, he will understand and beg for your viewpoint then, just like any Nazi would have in 1946, and as slave owning families were cut down to the last child by Nat Turner in 1831.
For a long time, I refused to accept the idea of people being too far gone, ideologically, too far gone. Now, I not only accept this to be true, I see it everywhere.
For 3,000 years at least, people have ruled large sections of the world with the idea that they are the only worthy people and all others are chattel. Their civilizations have died hard, because they don't learn until they get back the hate they give!
It must be a coming of age realization. A younger idealistic version of me attempted to see good in everyone. But it is as Shakespeare once said "Hell is empty, the demons are here".
Shakespeare, even from a theological perspective, is certainly right -- the spiritual warfare is definitely here, and evil's adherents are dedicated and deadly serious.
Turn their own arguments against them. IDF killed many innocents so Hamas was justified to slaughter those 1200 people.
Would that lead to a productive conversation? I don't think so.
Israel, Russia and USA are headed for complete destruction. Eventually Karma catches up.
