I don't think the milk from the supermarket can be used to make cottage cheese...that's water with coloring 😆.
The truth is that it was delicious and can be eaten in many ways. In desserts, savory dishes, with provencal herbs, almonds, blueberries and honey...with anything is good. That combination you say must taste exquisite 😋.
