Feliz día amigos de @foodiesbeehive, el clima en Venezuela esta bastante movido por las lluvias; en Cumaná están muy nublados los días y lluvias en lagunas tardes. En Caripe es otra cosa las lluvias son a diario, me tocó ir, no pude salir mucho y el día que lo hice no podía dejar de disfrutar de un rico desayuno acompañado de un buen café con leche. Nos paramos donde el tiempo nos permitió aprovechando que sol duró un poco más esa mañana, en PLAZA CAFÉ un pequeño lugar donde preparan unas deliciosas empanadas.
Happy day friends of @foodiesbeehive, the weather in Venezuela is quite busy because of the rains; in Cumaná the days are very cloudy and rains in some afternoons. In Caripe is another thing the rains are daily, I had to go, I could not go out much and the day I did I could not help but enjoy a delicious breakfast with a good coffee with milk. We stopped where the weather allowed us, taking advantage of the fact that the sun lasted a little longer that morning, at PLAZA CAFÉ, a small place where they prepare delicious empanadas.
Entramos y por lo pequeño del lugar me sentí acogida de inmediato, tomamos una mesa y disfrutamos la vista que da a la iglesia y la alcaldía,
Nuestro pedido fue de dos empanadas un café y una malta, solo una empanada porque el tamaño es bastante considerable y con muy buen relleno. En mi caso pedí una Gordon blue y mi esposo su tradicional mechada el café para mi y para el la malta.
We entered and because of the small size of the place I felt immediately welcomed, we took a table and enjoyed the view of the church and the town hall,
Our order was for two empanadas, a coffee and a malt, only one empanada because the size is quite considerable and with a very good filling. In my case I ordered a Gordon blue and my husband his traditional mechada, the coffee for me and the malt for him.
La empanada estuvo demasiado buena, la masa no era dulce, delgada y suave, el relleno de la gordon fue pollo jamón y queso, una combinación excelente, el pollo muy bien guisado con rico sabor de ajo y pimienta que me encanto y la calidad del jamón y queso excelente. El café super cremoso bien marrón como me gusta y aquí el toque de azúcar me completó el día.
Un desayuno memorable para iniciar un día fantástico, super recomendado el Restaurant Plaza Café en Caripe para disfrutar de un delicioso desayuno con sus ricas empanadas y una excelente atención. Saludos amigos, nos leemos pronto.
The empanada was too good, the dough was not sweet, thin and soft, the filling of the gordon was chicken ham and cheese, an excellent combination, the chicken was very well cooked with rich garlic and pepper flavor that I loved and the quality of the ham and cheese was excellent. The coffee was super creamy and very brown as I like it and here the touch of sugar completed my day.
A memorable breakfast to start a fantastic day, I highly recommend the Restanurant Plaza Café in Caripe to enjoy a delicious breakfast with their delicious empanadas and excellent service. Greetings friends, see you soon.
