Despues de un mes de buenas vacaciones tocó regresar al trabajo y con ello a la rutina, y aunque me ha costado un poco volverme a acostumbrar me alegra mucho haber vuelto porque por más cansado que sea el trabajo es algo que me gusta hacer.
After a month-long vacation, it was time to return to work—and the routine that comes with it. Although it took me a little while to readjust, I’m very happy to be back; no matter how tiring the job might be, it’s something I enjoy doing.
Lo mejor de todo es que no olvidé nada 😂😂 aún recuerdo todo detalladamente desde recetas, cantidades y pasos así que no llegué perdida de mis vacaciones.
The best part is that I didn't forget anything 😂😂 I still remember everything in detail, from recipes and quantities to steps, so I didn't come back from my vacation completely lost.
Una de las primeras cosas que hice al regresar fue una encomienda que para mí ha sido única porque nunca antes se había hecho, se trata de una piscina de zanahoria, es una torta con masa de zanahoria en un molde que deja un espacio en la parte de arriba el cual se rellena con brigadeiro y granulado de chocolate. Quedó simplemente hermoso y aunque no lo probé también se veía delicioso.
One of the first things I did upon returning was a commission that was unique to me because it had never been done before. It's a carrot cake, a cake with carrot batter in a mold that leaves a space at the top, which is filled with brigadeiro and chocolate sprinkles. It turned out simply beautiful, and although I didn't taste it, it also looked delicious.
