Firewood can be really fast when there's a enough log and gives food a special flavor, but I dread the smoke so badly that If i must cook in the village, then there has to be someone to help manage the fire because I certainly can't deal with it 😀.

My dear, the smoke can affect the eyes badly. That's why I do monitor where to tackle it base on breeze direction at the moment. But some says that it tastes more delicious than food prepared with gas. Is it true?
