Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my blog. Today is my again entry in @hivefood. And today recipe is very yummy and in daba style. I made very delicious yellow split chikpeas. It's also called Indian food. I want to share with all of you my today recipe . You must also try it at home in dinner. I also served it in dinner and everyone liked and praised me. First i explain my ingredients and spices.
Ingredients
Half kg split chikpeas
Two onions
Ginger
Garlic
Tomato
Green chillies
Spices
Salt
Red chilli
Turmeric
Dry coriander
Black pepper
Garum masala
Process
First i washed yellow split chikpeas very well and put it 20 minutes in the water. Then i boiled it in the water and put one tablespoon salt and turmeric while boiling.
After this i took a pot put some oil and onions for frying. After five minutes i put tomatoes past and crushed ginger garlic and green chillies. I cooked whole ingredients.
Then i added whole spices that i explained above and put some water also for making gravy.
I cooked gravy then i added boiled split chikpeas in the gravy and mixed well.
I cooked it then added some water and cooked until the oil came on the surface.
At the last i put some black pepper and garm masala. My dish is ready for eating 😀. I dish out it in a plate for myself on it i garnished with onions green coriander and green chillies. I liked to eat it with onions and green chillies.
