I want to share my recipe which is very famous and also favourite of everyone. It's restaurant style Silky Haleem of mixed lentils and chicken. It's specially cooked also on special occasions but I often cooked this recipe once a time in a month. So let's start the process of Haleem.

Ingredients

Half kg chicken

One kg mixed lentils

Onions

Ginger garlic

Tomato

Green chillies

Fresh green coriander

One cup rice

Spices

Salt

Red chilli

Chilli flakes

Black pepper

Turmeric

Garam masala

Cumin seeds

Dry grind coriander

Lemon juice

Fried onions

Process

First I washed and soaked mixed lentils before cooking two hours. Then I also washed chicken and cut other ingredients like onions ginger garlic. I put lentils after two hours on boil then stir fry onions and added ginger garlic paste tomato slices and green chillies.

After cooking chicken I added whole spices and again cooked well adding one glass water.

Later on I added boiled lentils in the chicken gravy and stir spatula until chicken and lentils mixed well into silky gravy which you can called also Haleem look.

After mixing at the last step I fried onions in a pan then spread over the Haleem for more taste. I also spread fresh green coriander garam masala and lemon juice.

Final look

I put myself in a plate then enjoyed with flatbread. Hope you guys will like my recipe. Don't forget also giving me feedback and good reviews on my delicious food. See you soon guys with new recipe. Take care 😘. Bye bye .
