Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog. I hope you guys all are well and enjoying yummy food 😊. Yesterday I went to market and I saw sweet potatoes that are my favourite and winters special cravings. I bought one kg . Today I thought for making it at lunch time. It's very easy and quick so I want to share also with all of you let's start.
Ingredients
One kg sweet potatoes
Chat masala
Lemon
Salt
Process
First I washed sweet potatoes under water then I put them in a pan and added some water for boiling them under midum flame.
I checked every after 5 minutes with knife. So I boiled maximum 15 to 20 minutes easily. I put it under water then peeled it.
Now I cut it into small pieces and put in a plate. Then I took two lemons and chat masala for making it spicy.
I spread salt chat masala and lemon juice on the cut sweet potatoes. I read plate for myself. It's guys depends on you how make it more spicy. I like just chat masala and lemon juice in street style. You can see final look here.
