Ingredients
- Three eggplants
- One large onion
- Two tomatoes
- A few green chilies
- One lemon
- Salt to taste
- Two teaspoons of pepper powder
- As much oil as needed for frying
Prepared method
Wash the eggplant well and cut it into small pieces (round shape) and keep it aside.
Then cut the onion, tomato and green chili into small pieces and keep it aside.
Now add salt and pepper powder as required to the eggplant pieces and mix well.
Place a pan on the stove and add oil and let it heat. Now deep fry the eggplant pieces in oil. Now place a paper to drain the oil.
Take a bowl and add the chopped onion, chopped green chili and chopped tomato to it.
Now add pepper powder and salt as required. Now add the fried eggplant to this, add lime juice and mix.
