I wanna share to you one of my family's favorite snack The Deep Fried Sweet Potato 🍠🍠
Here are the ingredients in making this simple and easy to do snacks.

You will need the following:
3 large sweet potatoes (kamote), peeled and sliced into rounds
1 cup brown sugar
Cooking oil (enough for deep frying)
A pinch of salt
Bamboo skewers (about 5 sticks) optional
Instructions on how to cook this simple snacks.
First is peeled it off sweet potato..

Sliced it into round sizes and wash it thoroughly.

Heat the pan.Add the cooking oil.

Add the sweet potato.Cooked it until tender.

Add the brown sugar when the sweet potato is cooked.Sprinkle it over the sweet potato while frying. Stir gently so the sugar melts and coats the sweet potatoes evenly.

Mix it thoroughly until the sweet potato is being coated with brown sugar.Once caramelized, remove the sweet potatoes in the pan.Used a strainer to remove the excess oil.
Heres the cooked sweet potato ready to serve to the whole family..

Here are some tips to get the best results in cooking this simple recipe.
Don’t overcrowd the pan or add too much sweet potatoes in a pan.To evenly cooked the sweet potato cooked it by batches. You can use firm potatoes for a better shape result.To balance the taste you add a pinch of salt in it.
Enjoyed eating this sweet potato with a pair of coffee or fresh juice.
