I don't eat brownie often as I find them a little too heavy. Does it look a little underbaked š¤ or is that the perfect gooey texture?
And is that a 'proper' oven? Bit of a rarity in Asia š

Lol...perfect gooey texture for me! The photo was taken when they were warm. The wife prefers them more solid so a few hours in the fridge are needed.
Yup. Proper oven. I bought and fitted my Ikea kitchen last year and have finally finished the last few jobs and have started using it. Having to deal with a lot of 'told you so' as I learned the hard way why they have outdoor kitchens in Asia and open plan designs are not very practical!
