Those freshly cut rhubarbs look so beautiful.

I have this bad memory of rhubarb from when I was a kid at school. School dinners had some sort of rhubarb dessert which was quite sour and the dinner lady forced me to eat it. I haven't eaten it since 😄

        Oh! I'm sorry you had a bad memory of rhubarb. 😢 I guess the sour version was a bit too sour for a child. For children, I think sweet rhubarb jam or rhubarb rolls are a better choice, so they don't end up with bad memories associated with sour foods! This rhubarb with umeboshi paste is really sour, though. 😂
