3 burgers for MYR15
That was the banner that attracted my attention.
Fast food has been becoming more and more expensive since its start decades ago, and hardly you will see even a street burger that is below MYR6 (a little less than $2 USD) with a decent patty and good buns.
Sorry guys, even the Ramli burgers aren't tasting well as the patties shrunk while maintaining its price.
Even the quality of the patty seems questionable now
(But seems that it still is better than McD's beef / cheese burger, except quarter pounder)

However, this looks pretty legit!

With just a week's old, it has pretty much caught many people's curiosity with its bright red and white design, wondering is this a decent quick meal, or another flop trying to just milk money off people

However, the interior is expressing otherwise.
The interior, is super minimal as they actually promote buyer to order takeaways, but they are not stingy with the designs to keep the place looking promising.

The staffs are friendly; and this is the first time I see deep fried WHOLE chicken, which is making us wonder how on earth they are going to do that, but I think me and my parents will look forward to try out the roasted chicken instead. I mean, where on earth a fastfood chain that offers whole roasted chicken other than deep fried?
But since this is just the midweek, we will have to wait till Saturday to find out.

The preparation is actually not the fastest since this is a very new restaurant, which reminded me of Quick in Belgium when I had it 11 years ago. However the quality of the burger has compensated the speed; however it is still a little weaker on the vegetable garnish side compared to Quick Belgium.

Although the lettuce isn't much, but it sure is much greener and fresher than McD or Burger King, where the value and quality has dropped significantly.
(And a little worse after lockdown - actually, especially around my area)

Fair to say that despite the serving speed is still not too fast, you get really fresh and juicy meaty chicken patty with less greasy feel to the food because of fresh oil, it has temporarily become my parents' favourite joint (having them 2 days in a row because of the promotion), plus a free 5-piece freshly fried chicken nuggets.
The only thing is that, I think there's a lot of MSG inside, though we don't feel the "thirst after meal yet"
And to be even more surprised, is that Wallace is actually a fastfood chain started from China!
How about you?
Would you be curious enough to try such a burger?
Until Then
Stay healthy, stay curious and learn new things, and stay happy!
