Omelet with Chard, Potatoes and Something Else

I'm happy to greet you, friends of Foodies Bee Hives, hoping you're all doing well. This time, I'm bringing you a delicious and easy-to-prepare recipe: an omelet that allows you to add various healthy ingredients, especially Swiss chard, which infuses the dish with nutrients and enhances its flavor. Me alegra saludarlos, amigos de Foodies Bee Hives, esperando se encuentren bien, esta vez la opción que les traigo es una receta deliciosa y sencilla de preparar. Una tortilla que permite agregarles ingredientes saludables de diversos tipos, sobre todo, acelgas que le inyectan las sustancias nutritivas al plato, realzando su sabor. Lo complementan la salchicha y el jamón que le aportan proteínas al igual que el alimento principal el huevo.

For me, the process of making it is enjoyable because the dedication involved in chopping each ingredient gives me good vibes. Combining all the colors leaves you with a feeling of joy; it's pure art, you just wait for the final result.

Para mí el proceso de elaborarla es placentero ya que la dedicación de picar cada ingrediente me genera buena vibra. Al unir todos los colores te dejan una sensación de alegría es puro arte, solo esperas el resultado final.

This dish is a tradition in our home; in just one bite, you can taste the variety of ingredients that make it up. It's not only easy to prepare, but it also allows us to use up any leftover vegetables we have in the kitchen. Always using the freshest ingredients, the combination of them all is a healthy choice for our bodies.

Este plato es tradicional en nuestro hogar, en un bocado podemos sentir la variedad de ingredientes que componen nuestro plato. No sólo es fácil de preparar, sino que también nos permite aprovechar cada vegetal que nos sobre en la cocina. Siempre utilizando los más frescos, la combinación de todos ellos es una selección sana para nuestro cuerpo.


Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 sweet peppers
  • 2 Swiss chard leaves
  • Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 onion
  • Salt and a pinch of pepper
  • Oil
  • 1 sausage
  • 3 slices of chicken ham

Ingredientes:

  • 3 huevos
  • 1 papa ya sancochada
  • 1 tomate
  • 2 ajíes dulce
  • 2 hojas de acelga
  • Ramitas de ajo
  • ½ cebolla
  • Sal y pizca de pimienta
  • Aceite
  • 1 salchicha
  • 3 rebanadas de jamón de pollo

1)** Once the vegetables have been washed, chop the Swiss chard, chili pepper, tomato, and onion, then add the remaining salt.

Preparación:

1) Ya lavado los vegetales, procedemos a picar las acelgas, el ají, el tomate, la cebolla y le añadimos el resto de sal.

2) Chop the sausage and ham into squares.

3) Peel the potato and slice it.

3) Pelamos la papa y la picamos en rodajas.

4) We break the eggs and beat them, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.

4) Rompemos los huevos y batimos le agregamos una pizca de sal y pimienta.

5) In a frying pan we pour oil, wait for it to heat up and add the sausage to sauté, then add the potatoes.

5) En un sartén vertemos aceite esperamos que caliente y añadimos el embutido para sofreír, salteamos y luego las papas.

6) Next, we sauté all the vegetables and mix them together.

7) Finally, add the beaten eggs. Lower the heat slightly to prevent burning. Cover, keep an eye on it, flip, and serve.

What a super Rich and colourful tortilla sometimes I made too tortilla with chard I love chard give that bitter taste that it's good 👍💕

@noemilunastorta Swiss chard has a distinctive flavor and also provides nutritional benefits. Sometimes I prepare it with spinach, which also gives it a good flavor; it's another option. Thanks friend for commenting a hug.
