สวัสดีคร้าบบบ แฟนๆ นักล่าความอร่อยทุกคน! สากล จากช่อง คนทำไปเรื่อย มารายงานตัวแล้วครับ! คืนนี้ใครที่กำลังหิวรอบดึก บอกเลยว่าเตรียมทิชชู่มาซับน้ำลายด่วนๆ เพราะมื้อค่ำวันนี้พี่สากลจัดหนักกระแทกพุง กับ 2 เมนูเส้นระดับพระกาฬที่จะทำให้ทุกคนต้องร้องขอชีวิต! วางทุกอย่างในมือลง แล้วมาซดน้ำซุปไปพร้อมๆ กันเลยลุย!
ยกที่ 1: กวยจั๊บจอมราชันย์ (เผ็ดร้อนพริกไทยดุดันไม่เกรงใจใคร)
ตู้ม! เปิดมาขามแรกก็ปลุกทุกสัมผัส! แค่เห็นหน้าตาก็ใจสั่นแล้วครับพี่น้อง เส้นกวยจั๊บม้วนตัวกลมๆ หนึบหนับ ซับน้ำซุปได้แบบสะใจสุดๆ และไฮไลท์มันอยู่ที่ "น้ำซุป" ครับ! ความเผ็ดร้อนของพริกไทยมันเตะจมูก ซดเข้าไปทีนึงคือโล่งคอไปถึงปอด! อุ่นวาบไปทั้งตัว! และแน่นอน... ท็อปปิ้งด้วยหมูกรอบของโปรดพี่สากล (รู้นะว่าจำกันได้!) เสียงกัดหมูกรอบ "กร๊วบ!" ดังสนั่น ผสมกับน้ำซุปเข้มข้นเผ็ดร้อน มันคือนิพพานยามค่ำคืนชัดๆ!
ยกที่ 2: ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเส้นหมี่ขาวน้ำใสหมู (ซุปใสเชงๆ เยียวยาทุกสิ่ง)
อ๊ะๆ หลังจากเจอความดุดันของกวยจั๊บไปแล้ว เรามาเบรกความร้อนแรงด้วยความละมุนกันบ้างครับ นี่คือฮีโร่สายซอฟต์! ก๋วยเตี๋ยวหมี่ขาวน้ำใส เห็นน้ำใสๆ แบบนี้ อย่าประมาทเชียวนะ! เพราะมันคือความหวานกลมกล่อมที่เคี่ยวจากกระดูกหมูมาอย่างยาวนาน เส้นหมี่ขาวนุ่มๆ ลื่นคอ หมูชิ้นหมักมาแบบนุ่มละมุนลิ้น ลูกชิ้นเด้งดึ๋งสู้ฟัน โรยด้วยกระเทียมเจียวสีทองหอมฟุ้ง... โอยยยย ซดแล้วมันชื่นใจ เป็นการล้างปากที่เพอร์เฟกต์ที่สุด เหมือนกระเพาะโดนโอบกอดบอกฝันดี!
