Wow this one looks so easy to make with less ingredients. Can we use brown sugar instead of palm sugar?

I am thinking that you really have weighing scale for small ingredients.

yes, brown sugar is similar, but using the lighter one, like sand texture to make easier blend all ingredients

Ah yes the light brown is more fine that brown sugar.
