Un Brownie celestialmente perfecto

Hello dear Hiver's happy start of the week.
Today I bring you a winning recipe for chocolate lovers.
The most perfect and delicious brownie you will ever eat.
I took this recipe from several brownie recipes and then I was collecting video recipes and of all the ones I saw, this is the one that worked best for me, although I confess that I made some adjustments to make it work even better.
Anyway, you will be spared the trial, trial and error because I assure you that this will be a success when you prepare it.
What I can tell you is that the two best tips are to beat the eggs with the sugar until they get that fluffy and silky consistency like pancake batter and shake the pan after 20 minutes and bake again.
As you know, apart from music I love to cook and I am good at baking so here I leave you the faithful and exact recipe for perfect brownies with their characteristic crust on top and moist and juicy inside 🫠🫠😏🤤🤤 a total delight.
Without further ado I will leave you here the ingredients with its preparation and also a small explanatory video.

Yields 6 servings of brownies of 150 grams each or 24 mini-brownies.
Ingredientes
- 6 huevos
- 2 tazas de azúcar blanca
- 1 taza de azúcar morena
- 1 cucharadita de sal
- 1 cucharadita de vainilla
- 250 gramos de gotas de chocolate Bitter o con leche ( de tu preferencia)
- 1/4 de taza de cocoa en polvo
- 1 cucharadita de café instantáneo
- 1 y 1/4 de taza de margarina
- 1 taza de harina de trigo
- 1/2 taza de cacao en polvo
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups of white sugar
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 250 grams of Bitter or milk chocolate drops (of your choice)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee
- 1 and 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

- Precalentar el horno a 180 grados
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Engrasar un molde cuadrado
Grease a square mold
- Colocar los 6 huevos con el azúcar blanca y la azúcar morena, la vainilla y la cucharadita de sal en la batidora a velocidad media por 10 minutos hasta que todo esté integrado y tenga una apariencia esponjosa como la masa de unos panqueques.
Place the 6 eggs with the white and brown sugar, vanilla and teaspoon of salt in the mixer at medium speed for 10 minutes until everything is integrated and has a fluffy appearance like pancake batter.
- En un bowl aparte colocar las gotas de chocolate, el cacao en polvo y el café instaneo con la margarina derretida (aún caliente), hasta integrar bien y disolver.
In a separate bowl place the chocolate drops, cocoa powder and instant coffee with the melted margarine (still hot), until well integrated and dissolved.
- Agregar la mezcla de chocolate a la masa de los huevos y el azúcar hasta que todo se integre.
Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and sugar until everything is integrated.
- Apagar la batidora y agregar a la la harina y el cacao en polvo e integrar manualmente con una paleta en movimientos envolventes y suaves para conservar el aire y la textura de la masa.
Turn off the mixer and add the flour and cocoa powder to the mixer and integrate manually with a paddle in a gentle enveloping motion to preserve the air and texture of the dough.
*Volcar la masa en el molde y llevar al horno por 20 minutos.
Pour the batter into the mold and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Sacar de él horno y sacudir para sacarle un poquito de aire a la masa y romper la costra que se forma arriba.
Remove from the oven and shake to remove a little air from the dough and break the crust that forms on top.
- Volver a meter al horno de 15 a 20 minutos y luego sacar el delicioso Brownie totalmente listo y perfecto.
Put back in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes and then take out the delicious brownie completely ready and perfect.
