That chard is a beast! šŸ˜† Iā€™m always torn between picking it young and letting it grow huge just to see how big itā€™ll get. Do you notice any difference in taste when it gets that big?

        Honestly we have not ate much, but it would seem the younger leaves are better. Probably a good idea for me to cut them back and eat the young leaves.
