Quinoa cookies [ENG/ESP]

Today we come back with a new recipe, trying cookies with a new ingredient, and as you have seen in my previous posts, I have been using quinoa. This time, I made it in the form of toasted cereal, the same ones to make these rich and delicious cookies.

A creation that is really easy to prepare, to try, and with accessible ingredients. Now I will tell you how I made them.


INGREDIENTS: 👇

  • 1 cup of toasted quinoa
  • 1 cup of oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • ground cinnamon
  • vanilla
  • baking powder
  • bicarbonate
  • 1 cup of warm water

PREPARATION:


Now, once we have the ingredients on hand, we will proceed to mix them, in a bowl the oats along with the toasted quinoa.

There we will add the peanut butter, with the cinnamon, and the vanilla.

Finally, we will add the water, little by little, until it starts to compact and form our dough, ending up like this. 👇

I refrigerated it for about 20 minutes, then I started assembling my cookies, optionally you can add a few drops of chocolate, they turn out tastier. 😜

Look how beautiful they turned out, I loved the color, the texture, the flavor, without a doubt, they are different cookies, nutritious and healthy, because as you can see, they have no sugar or gluten.😋

SPANISH VERSION

Hoy volvemos con una nueva receta, probando galletas con un nuevo ingrediente, y es como han visto, en mis anteriores publicaciones, he estado utilizando la quinoa, en esta ocasion, la hice en forma de cereal, tostadas, las mismas para hacer estas ricas y deliciosas galletas.

Un invento la verdad facil de preparar, de probar, y con ingredientes accesibles, ahora les cuento como las hice.


INGREDIENTES: 👇

  • 1 taza de quinoa tostada
  • 1 taza de harina de avena
  • 2 cucharada de mantequilla de mani
  • canela en polvo
  • vainilla
  • polvo de hornear
  • bicabornato
  • 1 taza de agua tibia

PREPARACION:


Ahora bien, una vez tengamos los ingredientes a la mano, vamos a proceder a mezclarlos, en un bol la avena junto con la quinoa tostada.

Alli le añadiremos la mantequilla de mani, con la canela, y la vainilla.

Por ultimo le añadiremos el agua, poco a poco, hasta que se valla compactando y formando nuestra masa, quedando de esta manera. 👇

Yo la refrigere por unos 20 minutos, luego empece a armar mis galleta, opcional le pueden añadir unas gotas de chocolate, quedan mas ricas. 😜

Miren que bonitas quedaron, me encanto el color, la estructura, el sabor, sin duda, son unas galletas diferente, nutritivas y saludables,porque como ven, no llevan azucar ni gluten.😋
