I think it was brewed last year : "lagered for more than 60 days cold, with natural bubbling directly in the fermenter" (source Insta)

Yeah, I guess they don't always brew it in March nowadays :)

Nope not in Quebec... but in Bavaria this must be the case as it's controlled.
