Sebenarnya saya ingin melakukan posting di komunitas pecinta makanan di Hive, akan tetapi saya belum menemukan komunitas yang cocok untuk itu bagi saya. Sebenarnya ada dua komunitas yang saya temukan yaitu Foodies Bee Hive dan Hive Food, tapi postingan saya tidak memenuhi syarat untuk diposting di Foodies Bee Hive, karena di komunitas ini lebih cenderung menghargai postingan yang berbagi resep dan di Hive Food kelihatannya para anggotanya kurang aktif. Oleh karena itu saya tetap mempostingnya di komunitas Visual Shots.
Foto-foto ini sudah saya ambil kurang lebih enam sampai delapan bulan yang lalu dengan menggunakan smartphone Redmi Note 13, cuma saya lupa tempatnya dimana. Sekedar penjelasan singkat, ini adalah foto-foto makanan tradisional di Surabaya, Jawa Timur yang sering dikenal dengan nama Lontong Balap. Lontong Balap terdiri dari lontong iris, tauge, tahu goreng, lentho, dan kuah tauge. Makanan ini memiliki rasa gurih, pedas, dan manis. Nama "Lontong balap" (menurut Wikipedia) berasal dari cara penjualnya memikul dagangan dengan cepat, seolah-olah sedang berlomba (balap) untuk menghindari pembeli yang tidak tertinggal.(hpx)

Just a brief explanation, these are photos of traditional food in Surabaya, East Java which is often known as Lontong Balap. Lontong Balap consists of sliced lontong, bean sprouts, fried tofu, lentho, and bean sprout sauce. This food has a savory, spicy, and sweet taste. The name "Lontong balap" (according to Wikipedia) comes from the way the seller carries the goods quickly, as if racing to avoid buyers who are left behind.(hpx)
