I remember that when I was growing up. It was always something my parents and siblings looked forward to. They would eat it in the back yard and spit the seeds out on the lawn. Me? Not a big fan. I'll eat it from time to time, but it's just not for me. That's how it is with all melons for me. Some I won't even eat. At least watermelon is tolerable.
