Today I wanted to share with you friends readers of this community, my experience that I had to share at the home of a colleague and friend of many years what was her welcome home after a year of absence in my country Venezuela, as she was abroad meeting her granddaughter and visiting her daughter in Portugal. When I arrived in Venezuela I received a call to let me know that he was already in his homeland and that he wanted to meet with me to talk about the many events that happened during his absence.

We arranged to meet on Sunday after five o'clock in the afternoon at another friend's house. For the sharing I asked my wife to make me a tres leches dessert, because I wanted to surprise her and give her a nice welcome, as I know she loves this kind of dessert.

My wife made me the cake, we tasted them and I tell you that we were very happy, because the cake was quite fluffy and moist, it was very delicious this tres leches, really I am little sweet tooth, I ate two servings, it was very appetizing to the palate and very juicy as you can see in the photo where you can see the texture and how juicy and moist that was this dessert, it is one of my favorites like her.

This dessert is usually liked by the vast majority of people and is used for different meetings and sharing.

We accompany it with a rich Chinese mocha, sweet bread and also with a chamomile tea for digestion.

Compartiendo un delicioso postre tres leches

Hola amigos de la comunidad de @foodiesbeehive, espero que todos se encuentren bien de salud y que hayan tenido un feliz día. Me encuentro nuevamente con ustedes en esta comunidad, de la cual me siento complacido.

Hoy quise compartir con ustedes amigos lectores de esta comunidad, mi experiencia que tuve al compartir en casa de una compañera y amiga de muchos años lo que fue su bienvenida a casa después de un año de ausencia en mi país Venezuela, ya que se encontraba en el exterior conociendo a su nieta y visitando su hija en Portugal . Al llegar a Venezuela recibí una llamada para avisarme que ya se encontraba en su tierra y que quería reunirse con migo para conversar tantos acontecimientos que sucedieron durante su ausencia.

Cuadramos reunirnos el domingo después de las cinco de la tarde en casa de otra amiga de los dos. Para el compartir le pedí a mi esposa que me hicieran un postre tres leches, porque quería sorprenderla y darle una bonita bienvenida, ya que sé que a ella le fascina este tipo de postre.

Mi esposa me hizo el pastel, los degustamos y les digo que quedamos muy contentos, ya que el bizcocho le quedo bastante esponjoso y húmedo, estaba muy deliciosa esta tres leches, de verdad que yo que soy poco dulcero, me comí dos raciones, estaba muy apetecible al paladar y muy jugosa como lo pueden observar en la foto donde pueden apreciar la textura y lo jugosa y húmeda que quedo este postre, es uno de mis favoritos al igual que ella.

Este postre a la gran mayoría de las personas suele gustarles y se utiliza para diferentes reuniones y compartir.

Lo acompañamos con un rico moca chino, pan dulce y también con un té de manzanilla para la digestión.
