Well this is expected. It's more expensive to get a car taxi during rain as well and I am actually kind of happy that this is built into the app. I delievered pizza in college and when it was raining like crazy our demand went up a lot. Tips normally did as well though, so it was a worthwhile tradeoff. I did feel bad for that one guy whose AC didn't work and he couldn't defrost his windows in his car to be able to see out the front. The pizza would steam up in the inside of the car and he struggled to be able to see out of the car at all.
