Today i would like to share the recipe of Momos Chutney or Red Chutney Without Onion & Garlic, in my last blog i have already shared the recipe of Paneer Momos.,Momos are incomplete without chutney, so do check out my last blog for the momo recipe and definitely try this chutney. It has no onion or garlic at all, but honestly, it turned out absolutely delicious—you can't even tell the garlic is missing. You don't have to serve this only with momos. You can also pair it with sandwiches, parathas, or any starter you make, or even enjoy it as a delicious chutney with your meals. Try this recipe. Your friends and family will definitely love it.

Ingredients 📃


• 4 cup water.
• 3 Tomatoes.
• 2 dried Kashmiri Red chilli.
• 2 inch Grated ginger.
• 2 Chopped Green Chilies.
• 2 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp of Green Coriander Leaves.
• Salt to taste.

Take a half of water of Pan, Put tomato into it, Make two cuts on the tomato as shown in the picture. I did this to make peeling it easier for you.

Now add the whole Kashmiri red chili just as it is. This chili gives great color and flavor.

Now, add salt to taste and stir well so it dissolves completely in the water.

Boil it until the skin begins to peel slightly where you made the cut or Untill tomatoes get soften, Poke them with a knife to check until your tomatoes become soft.

Turn off the heat and let it cool.

Now peel the tomatoes and removing the peel will make your chutney perfectly smooth.

Transfer this into a jar and blend it into a smooth paste.

As you can see, paste looks so smooth, and the color looks great.

Heat some oil in a pan/kadai

then add the ginger and chopped green chilies and let them sizzle.

Now add the ground paste and stir well so everything combines thoroughly.

Now add salt, black pepper, and fresh coriander, then mix well.

Cook it until it reaches a chutney-like texture and thickens slightly.

Now your momos and red chutney are completely ready. You can serve it with momos, but You can refrigerate and store this for up to two days, and add two spoonfuls to your aloo parathas or any dish to make it delicious.
