Fresh chutney tastes best, but you can store it for 2–3 days in summer and 3–4 days in winter without losing its freshness. Once you start eating with chutney, meals will feel incomplete without it even i must say that green chutney boosts digestion, strengthens immunity, and detoxifies the body with rich antioxidants from fresh mint and coriander. You must try this recipe, you will definitely love it.

| Course | Chutney |
| Serving | 1 Cup |
Ingredients 📃
• 1 cup coriander.
• ¼ cup Mint (Pudina).
• 2-3 green chilli.
• 1 inch ginger
• 2 Tbsp curd.
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• Salt to taste.
Process 👨🏻🍳

Wash the coriander and mint thoroughly to remove the dirt, and be sure to remove the roots, or your chutney will turn bitter then Transfer it into a grinding jar.

Now, you can add green chilies and Ginger. Feel free to add more depending on how spicy you like it.

Add Curd into the mixing jar
Note: Use sour yogurt to give your chutney a tangy flavor; then you won't need to add lemon juice.

Add salt. Be Careful while adding salt as coriander shrinks a lot after blending, so use less now and adjust later to taste

whisk smooth making sure the curd blends well with spices.
Pay attention to the chutney's consistency. Since yogurt already contains water, do not add more; watery chutney does not taste good, so keep it thick.

Green chutney is ready! Serve it with any snack or meal to make your food even more delicious and flavorful.
