At home the farm was slotted for a very wet Thanksgiving day. I was able to keep an eye on the rain gauge and it was totally full by the end of the day.

At noon we headed out to Matt and Stacy's for the gathering. A stop for gas on the way.

The traffic was just awful as you can see.... Lol, a handful of vehicles were on the road over our half hour drive.

Their house is large enough thankfully that all the kids were able to make a massive commotion down stairs and they had the video games to play with as well. 41 people ended up filing through the line of food in the kitchen.

Well more than enough food for everyone and even enough left to take plates back for MIL and FIL.

Back home the farm got trounced by the storm all afternoon.

Poor J was not feeling the best so we wended up taking off around 4:30 to head back to the house. The fog that had been advised for the day was nicely holding off in the distance.

Rather nice sunset as we drove towards Minot.

My desert for the evening was the delicious sweet yams.... SOOOO tasty!

I watched the footyball games and tossed a couple bets on them and won both! Nice 10k sats won.

We went to Menard's for the sale stuff and found everything we were after. Dear GOD is black friday shopping here MELLOW!!!! Nothing like Spokane's craziness. Lefsa is being made today, we will be hanging here and then be ready to drive in the morning.
