Olivia prepara un puré de papa [ESP/ENG]

Hola a todos! Olivia cada día quiere involucrarse más en la cocina y aunque todavía ella está pequeña, la verdad es que ahora mismo ella entiende muchas cosas y con orientación los niños son capaces de aprender, así que como madre pienso que mientras nuestros pequeños estén motivados o tengan el interés de aprender debemos involucrarlos de manera segura y con supervisión pues eso los ayudará a ser independientes en el futuro, aprender sobre nutrición y también se van a divertir mucho.

En esta oportunidad, Olivia y yo decidimos preparar un puré de papa para acompañar nuestro almuerzo y como ven en el video, para hacerlo usamos papa (que anteriormente hervimos hasta ablandar), leche, mantequilla y sal, revolvemos muy bien y listo, a disfrutar. La verdad es que fue un proceso fácil y sin duda alguna el puré de papa quedó suave y delicioso, pero creo que nuestras reacciones al probarlo lo dicen todo.

Hello, everyone! Olivia wants to get more involved in cooking every day, and even though she's still young, the truth is that she understands a lot of things now, and with guidance, children are capable of learning. So, as a mother, I think that as long as our little ones are motivated or interested in learning, we should involve them in a safe and supervised way, as this will help them to be independent in the future, learn about nutrition, and also have a lot of fun.

This time, Olivia and I decided to make mashed potatoes to go with our lunch. As you can see in the video, we used potatoes (which we boiled until soft), milk, butter, and salt. We stirred it all together, and voilà, it was ready to enjoy. The truth is that it was an easy process, and without a doubt, the mashed potatoes were smooth and delicious, but I think our reactions when we tasted them say it all.
