How I prepared African Salad Also known as Abacha

Hello good people of Hive and food lover's, i hope everyone is having a great time. its a pleasure posting one of my local dish prepared in this community after a very long time of been away. I made a local dish called African salad which is also known as Abacha. This dish is mainly known in Nigeria as it is very much easy to prepare in some minutes without stress.

The process doesn't take much time when trying to prepare it as it doesn't require putting it on fire in some cases except you want to steam it to get it hot which is a personal choice depending on how you want it.

The Process In Preparing The Dish

The African salad which is also known as abacha is usually very dry so the first thing to do is to soak it in water for a few minutes to get soft before it can be prepared.

After that the next thing to do is to put the red oil in a pot then mix it with the potassium water to stir. After stiring you can add your sliced onions, seasoning, salt, crayfish, cow skin(kpomo) all together to stir again.

After the stir the next thing to add is the african salad which also need to stir again before adding garden egg leaf.

After the whole process the african salad(Abacha) is ready to serve.

Well I've never tested it before, although I see it everwhere

it is not difficult but very easy to prepare.
