This sandwich looks quite interesting. I bookmarked it since I like to try the create one as well.
Any idea why they serve it in a cup?
I may omit that one and simply use a plate; But who knows, I may go for the real deal as well.

It's a pretty tasty sandwich and a very filling meal. This is a Korean dish that is sold on the street in a plastic or paper cup , perhaps to make it easier to carry around since it's "street food." In my case, I used the cup because I thought it would be easier for my daughter to eat without missing out on the Korean experience, haha.
I asked chatPGT. With an interesting result, including indeed easier, but also hygienic, and the tradition to have everything contained and more... https://chatgpt.com/share/69537626-bc=c0-800c-b50d-a1c4807dfd7f
I will try this recipe, for sure.
