Hello dear and beautiful community of cooks 👩🏻🍳💖 today I share another of my Italian recipes, this time the main dish is chicken 🍗 I hope you can enjoy it because the truth is that this chicken is very very tasty.
Hola querida y bonita comunidad de cocineros 👩🏻🍳💖 hoy comparto otras de mis recetas italianas, en esta ocasion el plato principal es pollo 🍗 espero puedan disfrutarla porque la realidad es que este pollo es muy muy gustoso.
The ingredients used in this recipe were: Chicken breast, onion, mushrooms, tomato sauce, rosemary, wine, wheat flour.
Los ingredientes usados en esta receta han sido: Pechuga de pollo, cebolla, cogumelos, salsa de tomate, alecrim, vino, harina de trigo.
First, I start by breading the chicken, then I seal it in the pan with a little oil, thus preparing it for the next step.
Primeramente empiezo empanizando el pollo para luego sellarlo en el sartén con un poco de aceite, dejándolo de esta manera adelantado para el siguiente paso.
Next, I started sautéing the ingredients one by one in the pan, as you can see in the photos. It's important to sauté over medium heat so they cook thoroughly and reach the desired tenderness. As a final step, I added the chicken and turned off the heat. I also served this chicken with polenta, and I must say it was absolutely delicious.
I loved the contrast of flavors; it was truly a delight.
Lo siguiente fue comenzar a sofreír los ingredientes en el sarten uno a uno como se aprecia en las fotografías, es importante sofreír a fuego medio para tratar de que cocinen bien y queden al punto que queremos, como último paso agregamos el pollo y terminamos apagando.
Este pollo tambien lo acompañe con polenta y debo decir que fue toda una delicia, me encantó el contraste de sabores, realmente una verdadera delicia.
