I'd tend to agree. Courage is like a muscle, the more you use it the more it grows. As my father used to tell us ad nauseam...If you gently touch a nettle it will sting you for your pains, but if you grasp it like a man of metal, it as soft as silk remains.
My brother took him literally and tried it once...with predictable results.

Sometimes doing the best (and most difficult) things is a simple matter of creating a habit of it...and then oft n it becomes less difficult to do. I like your analogy, good also to see your comment, as always.
