I was on a chili kick last month, but when I ran out last week instead of rushing out to spend more money, I decided I would just eat burgers with my eggs instead.
Start with some butter in the pan on low-medium heat. Do not burn the butter!
Add your two eggs in some milk. Add seasoning, I use a little Mrs Dash, Basil and Garlic Powder.
Carefully use a spatula to pull the egg as it slowly cooks to the center. This is an art!
Cook the burgers in the oven for 35 minutes from frozen, flipping halfway.
Throw that pan in hot soapy water afterwards ASAP.
Add Diana BBQ sauce to your burgers in a dish, for flavor. Plain is fine, but why not enjoy it?
I like to add cheese to my eggs, so here I threw a slice on top. I was busy taking pictures, so you can see I almost burned my eggs, but if you are attentive and precise you can make perfect eggs.
Dice those burgers up in the bowl, mixing the pieces with the sauce evenly.
Fold your egg half over the cheese like a cheesey egg sandwich! This will ensure more of the cheese covers your eggs prior to adding it to your beef filled bowl.
Then when you think your eggs are cooked enough, throw them in the bowl and mix it up!
This is how I made my breakfast today, and I hope you have a great breakfast too!
