Un desayuno diferente con chipas recien horneadasºººººA different kind of breakfast with freshly baked chips

Hola a todos, que bueno es levantarce predispuesto de prepararnos un sabroso desayuno, pero con la diferrencia de lo que preparamos para acompañar el cafe con leche se trata de chipas de almidon, bueno las formas las hay , son las que le di cuadradas, redondas como un pequeño yacare, redondas, alargadas y bueno lo importante amigos es que las mismas estan elaboradas con mucho amor y perseverancia y cuando es asi salen excelentes.

Para preparar las mismas contamos con harina de mandioca o sea almidon, el resto de los ingrediente que le vamos agregando adentro del volts, seria los huevos, grasa vegetal y sal a gusto, luego le agregamos agua tibia y comenzamos a amasar todo.

Cuando optenemos la masa la cual quedaria solida como se ve en la fotografia, agregamos un poco de harina en el marmol de la cocina y la amsamos un poco mas, hasta que quede a nuestro gusto.

Despues de eso y haber dejado que dicha masa descance unos minutos comensamos a tomar porciones de la misma y comenzamos a armar lo que luego serian dichas chipas, como dije de varias formas.

Luego tomamos la fuente del horno a la que le pasamos un poco de mantequilla para que dichas chipas no se peguen y cuando la fuente esta llena la llevamos al horno para que se cocinen.

Cuando notamos que dichas chipas toman un color marron en la parte de arriba, quitamos del horno dicha fuente y dejamos que se enfrien un poco para comenzar a degustarlas.

Como les comente al comienzo del post amigos, la verdad que degustar un cafe con leche y con estas chipas calentitas es una buen ocacion para sentirse, como en este caso muy dichoso de los que hago.

Hello everyone, how good it is to wake up ready to prepare a tasty breakfast, but with the difference of what we prepare to accompany the coffee with milk is about starch chips, well there are shapes, are those that I gave square, round like a small yacare, round, elongated and well the important thing friends is that they are made with much love and perseverance and when it is so they come out excellent.

To prepare them we have cassava flour or starch, the rest of the ingredients that we are adding inside the volts, would be eggs, vegetable fat and salt to taste, then add warm water and begin to knead everything.

When we optenemos the dough which would be solid as seen in the photograph, add a little flour in the marble of the kitchen and amsamos a little more, until it is to our liking.

After that and having left the dough to rest for a few minutes, we begin to take portions of it and start to assemble what would later be the chipas, as I said in several ways.

Then we take the oven dish to which we pass a little butter so that the chips do not stick and when the dish is full we take it to the oven to cook.

When we notice that the chips take a brown color on the top, remove from the oven and let them cool a little to begin to taste them.

As I said at the beginning of the post friends, the truth is that tasting a coffee with milk and with these warm chips is a good occasion to feel, as in this case very happy of the ones I make.
