Hola a todos, asi que el dia de hoy al estar mas calentido luego de haber pasado el dia de ayer por la costa atlantica, en donde disfrute la brisa del mar en momento que estaba pescando asi que ya de regreso en casa es otra cosa, lo digo porque ya estamos en nuestro habitad jajajaja asi que lo mejor es disfrutra de una buena comida para el almuerzo, siendo lasma pollo al horno con fideo con queso, lo cual es de mi mayor agrado dicha comida.
Para preparar dicho pollo, lo primero es lavarlo muy bien luego lo cortamos en trozos, para que de esa manera el mismo se lo agregue mejor en la bandeja, a la que le agregamos un poco de mantequilla, para que no se pegue la carne, luego le agregamos sal a gusto y condimentos varios y una ves cocinado queda como lo vemos en la fotografia.
Por supuesto amigos que la pasta es escencial para acompañar la carne de pollo de este estilo y para cocinar el mismo agregamos una olla en la hornalla de la cocina, luego le vertemos unas gotas de aceite para que no se peguen, agregamos el fideo revolvemos un poco y una ves cocinado le quitamos el agua y le agregamos unos trozos de queso blando o fresco, luego se mescla bien todo y listo.
