Hola amigos y cocineros de hive como andan?? Hoy arrancó el día con antojo de algo casero 🥞✨ así que me puse a hacer panqueques para el desayuno… ¡y me quedaron ESPECTACULARES! 😍🙌 abajo les cuento un poco del proceso y les dejo algunas imagenes para que vean como me quedaron , una locura jaja.
Mezclé harina, huevos, leche, un poquito de azúcar y una pizca de sal 🥣🥚🥛. Batí todo hasta que la mezcla quedó bien suave y sin grumos ( prestar mucha antencion tip clave 👀).

Today I started the day craving something homemade 🥞✨ so I made pancakes for breakfast… and they turned out AMAZING! 😍🙌 Below I'll tell you a bit about the process and share some pictures so you can see how they turned out—they were incredible, haha.
I mixed flour, eggs, milk, a little sugar, and a pinch of salt 🥣🥚🥛. I whisked everything until the mixture was nice and smooth and lump-free (pay close attention, key tip 👀).

Calenté la sartén con un poquito de manteca 🧈 y cuando estuvo lista, fui agregando la mezcla de a poco. El secreto: fuego medio y paciencia 🔥⏳. Cuando empezaron a salir burbujitas… vuelta y vuelta 💫
El resultado: panqueques doraditos, esponjosos y súper suaves y ademas muy muy muy ricos🤤✨
I heated the pan with a little butter 🧈 and when it was hot, I gradually added the batter. The secret: medium heat and patience 🔥⏳. When bubbles started to appear… flip it over 💫
The result: golden, fluffy, and super soft pancakes, and also incredibly delicious 🤤✨
estos los acompañé con frutas 🍓🍌 y un chorrito de miel 🍯 (porque el desayuno se disfruta como se debe 😌). pero eso no llego a la foto jajaj pero estaban muy muy ricos

I served these with fruit 🍓🍌 and a drizzle of honey 🍯 (because breakfast should be enjoyed properly 😌). But that didn't make it into the picture, haha, but they were so delicious!
