We call this kind of food as "Sopas" a filipino term for soup. This is usually our merienda but sometimes you can eat this for breakfast."Sopas" is made of elbow macaroni or you can use spaghetti as an alternative for elbow macaroni. with various vegetables, evaporated milk, broth cubes, hotdogs and chicken meat. But my son really loves egg so I add lot of eggs to make it more delicious. This is my son's all time favorite merienda, every time I cook this he always gives me a tight hug and lots of kisses as a sign that he is very happy and always thanking me for cooking his favorite food. He never gets tired of eating sopas. My heart is very happy seeing my son's enjoying eating and giving what he really wants.

Sopas always hits different warm, creamy, and so comforting. Perfect for any time of the day not just merienda..One of may fav soup when the rainy day comings this is the fav soup of all people
Wow, it's one of my favorite snack. The only difference is , we don't add eggs, I don't know why my family doesn't when making this. It's delicious anyway.😊😊😊
