What most people think of with a title like this is "When will bitcoin pump?", or "Which stocks should i buy?" People rarely think of things like, "stock up on baby formula now", or "Make sure you have enough savings, because you will be laid off next month". And, unless you are doomsday-prepper, you will rarely even think of, "Next year, we will be in civil war, and people will be fighting over food."
If you had an Angel show up and tell you that you need to prepare for _ _ _ _ _, what would you do? And, how bad of a situation could you handle? If the angel said, "Don't get on the bus on Tuesday", you could do that. Even if you didn't believe it, you might just avoid the bus, just because. But, what if the Angel said, "You need to sell your house and move out to the countryside and you have less than three months to get that done." Could you do that? Could you just drop your job, your source of income? Could you sell your house? What about your kids in school? At what point do you stop believing, if you ever did, and just gave up on the idea. It was probably just your coffee addled mind anyway.
This is one of those things. You can tell people about the future, and they rarely act on it. Even if it is something small.
Many people were told to buy bitcoin under $1000. A LOT of people. And very few did. Most people didn't even start investing (not in stocks, or bonds, or anything). Not even $5 a day.
I wrote often about coming food prices. I wonder how many people stocked up extra on food before it went up 100%?
It is so much easier to just believe the future will not be happening, even if all the signs say so (how many people believe 2 weeks to flatten the curve?). Especially when the best course of dealing with the future require you to give up what you have now, for something that may happen.

Bitcoin will go over a million
How much money would you invest in bitcoin if you KNEW, that it would be going over a $1,000,000 per?
Most on this platform would probably respond, ummm, i put all my extra money into cryptos already. Buy the dip? I don't have any more to give.
People not on this platform would probably be saying, its already too late. Bitcoin is $100k, i should wait for it to go down. Or they would say, $100k is way too rich for my blood. They think they have missed out, and are too late.
However, instead of just being a speculative digital thingy, it is now a world recognized asset. Big corporations are buying it. Countries are buying it. Banks are allowed to buy/sell and custody bitcoin. Bitcoin has made it into the big times. They only thing we have to worry about is how long the dollar can last. (And whether we lose electricity, the internet and go back to the stone age)
Bitcoin is going over a million, and all the fiat currencies of the world are going to zero. The only question is, how long will that take? My guess is either later this year, or in four years. I wouldn't wait.

Food will become scarce at times
Those mother WEFers have been chipping away at the food growing, processing and distribution. They have been poisoning us all. They are preparing us to "eat ze bugz". Bug growing factories have already been set up.
The food per acre of farmland has been going down, and no one is raising the alarm. With hail storms becoming more common, and other bad weather conditions, added on top of failing soil, we have the makings of a famine.
Food is going to become more costly, and the availability will be going down. In America, where we grow a lot of the worlds' food, we will fair better than many other countries, but supplies will be spotty. Shipping will be hampered. And other things will affect what will be available in the store from week to week.
In the future, America will be known for organic food production and will be teaching the world as we make shifts to far more healthy food. But, we will go through a period of starvation before then.
So, buy food. See it as an investment. An investment that will outpace the stock market.
Buy what you eat, and eat what you buy. Do not buy a year's worth of MREs, unless you really like eating MREs. We may be months away from food shortages, or we could be years. So, rotate your stock, and eat from your reserves and then buy more.

Suburban housing becomes worthless
This only really matters if you have investment properties, or you are counting on your house to pay for your retirement. Else, for most people, they are just going to see their mortgages go away. The house was never theirs, and still it won't really be theirs.
Housing prices are floating in the air, like Wile E. Coyote after he runs off the cliff. The only buyers are upper 10% who can easily afford a house, everyone else has been priced out of the market. Worse, fewer and fewer people can qualify for a mortgage. And then, to make it even worse, we are looking at a lot of layoffs, while banks are getting hit hard with loan defaults.
Basically sellers are having to drop the price to get anyone to even look at their homes.
We are looking at the next 2008. Unfortunately, we will not see a come back. We have also passed the peak demographic. We are not having enough children to keep up with deaths. Add in the aforementioned famine, and the civil war and the "died suddenly" and we have way too much housing.
Further, as more people leave the cities, there will be even more vacant houses. And they will, because these cities will be mostly fiery with peaceful protesting and even more peaceful, and civil, wars.
Real estate will no longer be considered an investment, not even an investment class.
I suggest you get out of rentals, especially if you are in a blue state.

I know it is really hard to give up working in the cities, and move to the country and start farmsteading. However, with each passing year, the dangers are mounting, and will continue to mount, until there is no escape. (Komifornia is passing laws that block RVs from entering the state without being "green". And landlords can no longer raise rents, even as insurance rates skyrocket.)
So, how does one even work with such future predictions? Not only is everything you thought you knew, a lie, but your life plan are all rubbish. (unless you were planning to grow a homestead.) The jobs we have grown up knowing, are going to disappear. Careers are a thing of the past. Liked going to stores to shop? Liked going out to restaurants? Enjoyed the night life? Well, all of these things are closing down. We can see these things leaving. Store after store closing. Do most people believe that things are going to come back after a little recession?
Would absolutely knowing the future get one to change their complete life? Or will most people hold onto the railing as the boat sinks?
Anyway, buy bitcoin, buy food and buy a homestead.
Everything else will become practically worthless.
