That is pretty funny! The town I am talking about has four draw bridges, but one of them they tore down to rebuild over a three to five year period, two of them they moved to tolls and the prices are ridiculously high. Finally, we have the one free bridge that is the one everyone pretty much uses, so it is always congested. On top of that, they always have one or two bridges closed for repairs or maintenance. It's just not worth the hassle most the time. They really underestimated the pettiness of the populace when they moved to the toll structure.
