I know there is a restaurant near where I live and they have a bunch of different variations of that dish. Along with the traditional type of course. It's across the river though, so we don't get over there too much.
this made me laugh a little because Da Nang has a river separating the two sides of the city as well with 7 bridges connecting the two sides. The "other side of the river" is only 2.5 km away but anyone that lives on our side rarely goes over to the other side and vice versa. It's such a short distance but the dense pouplation makes it seem like such a chore to get involved with the traffic on the bridges.
on the few occassions that I have gone over to the other side i've been amazed... There's like an entirely different expat community over there that i have never met despite living here for 6 years.
