Ingredients:
-500 g thin crusts
-300 g cheese
-250 ml water
-2 tablespoons lard
-1 teaspoon of salt

Mix the water, fat and salt in a pan and put it on the stove to melt and get hot.

I spread a layer of lard on the bottom of a round baking sheet.

Then I started to arrange the crusts in the tray, but in such a way that one end of the crust is in the tray and the other end is outside the tray. So I put 4 crusts on the bottom.

Then I removed the melted fat in the water from the stove. Then I spooned a little melted fat over the crusts evenly. And so I spun two more layers of crust and poured melted fat on top of each layer.

On the third layer of the crust, I spread the cheese evenly over the entire surface of the pan

After that, I covered the cheese with one layer of crust that comes out of the pan and poured the melted fat. So I covered the second layer of crust and poured the melted fat. I did the same with the third layer of crust.

Then I covered the surface of the pan with another crust and poured the rest of the melted fat and water over it.

Heat the oven to 250°C and put the tray in the oven to bake.

When the pie is half baked, take it out of the oven and turn the pie to the other side with the help of another baking sheet and return it to the oven to bake until the end.

When the pie is golden brown, take it out of the oven. Now the pie is ready to serve.

Cut the pie into 4 parts. Serve with yogurt
