While I'm preparing for the feast in the church, I'm preparing Lenten food at home. One of my favorite and delicious meals is bean stew with ajvar.
I use the following ingredients:
-300 g of beans
-300 g of onion
-2 tablespoons of ground paprika
-1 teaspoon of vegeta
-100 ml of vegetable oil
-2 tablespoons of ajvar

Beans are poured into a pot with water and boiled until they boil.
Cut the onion into small cubes. Pour the vegetable oil into a pan and fry until the onion is golden brown.

Then add vegetables and ground pepper

Then add ajvar

Then I poured the boiled beans into the mixture in the pan with a little water in which the beans were cooked and simmered a little on the stove to combine the ingredients

Then I poured it all into a baking tray and put it in a preheated oven at 250°C to bake for about 45 minutes.

When the water boils and the skin forms on the surface, the beans are done and ready to serve.

This is enough for 4 meals. With this meal, you can also take some of the salad. If you like this recipe, feel free to make it and enjoy it like I did.
