Sabrosa salsa para pasta 🍝
Hoy les traigo la receta de una salsa para pasta de carne molida que a mi familia le fascina; es sencilla de hacer y queda deliciosa. En esta oportunidad cocine un kilo de carne molida, con la finalidad que sobrara salsa para luego congelar y tener lista, solo para calentar. Entonces para esta receta necesitaremos los siguientes ingredientes.
Delicious Pasta Sauce 🍝Today I'm sharing a recipe for a ground beef pasta sauce that my family loves; it's easy to make and tastes amazing. This time, I cooked one kilo of ground beef so I'd have some sauce left over to freeze and have ready to heat up later. For this recipe, you'll need the following ingredients.
Ingredientes
- Carne molida, 1 kilo.
- Passata, 1 frasco.
- Aji dulce, 7.
- Ajo, diez dientes.
- Pimenton, 1/2.
- Cebolla, 1.
- Aceite, 5 cucharadas.
- Salsa inglesa, pimienta negra, oregano, sal al gusto.
Ingredients
- Ground beef, 1 kilo.
- Passata, 1 jar.
- Sweet peppers, 7.
- Garlic, 10 cloves.
- Paprika, 1/2.
- Onion, 1.
- Oil, 5 tablespoons.
- Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, oregano, salt to taste.
Iniciamos picando en cuadritos los aliños: Cebolla, ajo, Aji dulce, pimentón.
We start by dicing the seasonings: Onion, garlic, sweet pepper, paprika.
En una olla, echamos aceite y comenzamos a sofreír los aliños.
In a pot, we add oil and begin to sauté the seasonings.
Luego agregamos la carne a el sofrito de aliños.
Then we add the meat to the sautéed seasonings.
Mezclamos la carne con los aliños, echamos salsa inglesa.
We mix the meat with the seasonings, and add Worcestershire sauce.
Seguidamente añadimos passata.
Next, we add passata.
Luego añadimos sal, oregano, mezclamos y dejamos cocinar.
Then we add salt, oregano, mix and let it cook.
Cuando la salsa de carne este lista; quedara así de jugosa y apetitosa.
