Almuerzo en Papa & Son 🍗🍖
En nuestro viaje a la ciudad de Maturín fuimos almorzar al restaurant Papa & Son; este sitio recomendado por mi sobrina a la que vinimos a visitar porque esta estudiando medicina en dicha ciudad; Nicole dijo que este era el mejor lugar para comer cachapas; entonces atendimos su recomendación.
Lunch at Papa & Son 🍗🍖On our trip to the city of Maturín, we went to have lunch at the Papa & Son restaurant. This place was recommended by my niece, whom we came to visit because she's studying medicine there. Nicole said it was the best place to eat cachapas, so we took her advice.
El lugar es tipo campestre; grande con ambiente musical agradable; con jóvenes mesoneros en su mayoría; con buena atención al cliente. En mi opinión la atención al cliente es importante para que uno desee regresar a ese restaurant.
The place has a country feel; it's large with a pleasant musical atmosphere; the waitstaff is mostly young; and the customer service is good. In my opinion, customer service is key to making a restaurant want to return.
El chico que nos atendió nos informo que presentan conjuntos musicales en las noches, me pareció interesante formula para captar mas clientes.
The guy who served us informed us that they have musical groups performing at night; I thought it was an interesting way to attract more customers.
Ordenamos cachapa con queso y parrilla mixta con cochino frito, carne asada, pollo asado. De bebida cervezas, papelón con limón que viene anexado a las cachapas.
We ordered cachapas with cheese and a mixed grill with fried pork, grilled beef, and grilled chicken. For drinks, we had beer and papelón con limón (a drink made with unrefined cane sugar and lemon) that comes with the cachapas.
Nuestro almuerzo estuvo delicioso.
Our lunch was delicious.
