I like trying out new recipes but I know if one popular food here that I don't think I can try, they call it Amala and ewedu a not sure I can try it, tho people say is very tasteful.

Am sure I can't find Bibimbap in my country, but the way you described it, it's very delicious I can only imagine anyway, I wanted to ask if the thing at the top was an egg 🥚?.

        Yes, that was a fried egg on top, it's a classic part of Bibimbap! I’ve heard of Amala and ewedu too; maybe I’ll be brave enough to try it someday! 😄 Thanks for your kind words!
