Earlier at around 11 o'clock I went to a shop in our area of Aceh and I went to the shop to enjoy a drink of black coffee, I went straight to the coffee shop to drink coffee.
Drinking black coffee water is really delicious, made by a coffee maker by filtering the black coffee of all Hive friends.
This black coffee water is first made by putting the coffee powder in a container or into a ladle, then adding boiling hot water and letting it sit for 5 minutes, then filtering it a few times and stirring it evenly so that it foams, and then putting it into a glass that already has sugar in it, so that it will be delicious to drink later.
The price of black coffee is also relatively very cheap in our area of Aceh with a price of 5 thousand rupiah per small glass and the price depends on the glass that we order, all Hive friends.
risol cake and the ingredients and how to make risol cake as follows:
- risol skin ingredients
- 250 grams of medium protein wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 500 ml of liquid milk (can be replaced with water + coconut milk)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
How to Make Risol Skin:
Mix all ingredients, stir until smooth. Strain so that there are no lumps.
Heat a non-stick teflon, pour one ladle of batter, turn until evenly distributed like making an omelette.
Cook over low heat, no need to flip. Remove. Do this until finished.
Chicken Ragout Filling Ingredients:
200 grams of boiled chicken, finely shredded
1 carrot, cut into small cubes
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons margarine
3 tablespoons flour
250 ml liquid milk
Salt, pepper, nutmeg powder to taste
Celery leaves (optional)
How to Make the Filling:
Saute margarine, onion, and garlic until fragrant.
Add carrots and chicken, stir well.
Sprinkle flour, stir quickly so that it does not clump.
Pour in milk little by little while continuing to stir until thickened.
Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Remove and let cool.
Coating Ingredients:
Egg white (for adhesive)
Breadcrumbs (bread)
How to Make Risol:
Take a sheet of skin, fill with 1-2 tbsp ragout, fold and roll neatly like an envelope.
Dip in egg white, then roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and drain.

Serve the risol with green cayenne pepper or chili sauce.
Another one is cassava fruit cake and the ingredients are very easy:
- sweet potato/cassava in barut
- coconut is grated on a hot plate

Take the grated sweet potato and make it into balls, then fry it until cooked, Hive friends.
