I really wouldn't eat this kind of food unless I see it made in a different way, for example in a restaurant or something like that, but the hygienic conditions are not suitable and that's something I pay a lot of attention to in the kitchen. I had seen similar things, although on other channels and I agree with you on the issue of preparation or that they are very strange things.

Anyway, they belong to a culture and it is very good that you have brought this kind of content to share it so that more people can know and even comment on it. Verdaderamente no comería este tipo de comida salvo que vea que la hacen de diferente forma, por ejemplo un restaurante o algo así, pero las condiciones de higiene no son aptas y eso es algo en lo que presto mucha atención en la cocina. Había visto cosas parecidas, aunque en otros canales y coincido con vos en el tema de la preparación o que son cosas muy extrañas.

Igualmente, pertenecen a una cultura y es muy bueno hayas traído este tipo de contenido para compartirlo y que más gente pueda saber y hasta comentarte.
